I wished not to confuse you before so I made the spee stat follow the general rule os Stat Ratings. The fact is that Speed and HP are the only two that actually use numbers. In fact, they use both. They follow the generalities but have numbers to go by since they aren't move related. Example:

Amby Lvl 1
HP 15~
Attack+
Defense-
Sp Atk~
Sp Def-
Speed 64

HP is self explanitory. Speed dominates the battle. If Speed gets raised or lowered, it's just like in the games. Up a stage (2 stages) adds 10 (or 20) for that particular battle and it goes away after the battle. Down a stage (or two) does the exact opposite. Believe me, it makes a difference. Also, While HP is subject to change throughout the growth of the pokemon, Speed stays the same. Any Questions? PM Me, Bri, or Glow.

HP for evolved Pokemon isn't reset. It just continues from where the last pokemon left off and adds some amount based on the pokemon's HP Rating. Only Base Pokemon have a set HP. Wherever the previous pokemon's HP left off, pick up from there and add or subtract some based on the rating of the stat. There's no ~ for this. If it is ~ then don't change HP at all. If + then add based on the pokemon and if - subtract. If you've any questions please PM an Admin.

Revised.

Speed is now technically void. Pokemon are rated Very Slow, Slow, Average, Fast, Very Fast. It's Turn Based. In the case that they have the same rating I'll flip a coin...seriously. If you don't like this, there's something else. Pokemon have a general speed rating but unlike other stats, speed always stays the same.

HP is generally the same. The pokemon has a basic HP stat that generally stays the same but gets tiny boosts from time to time.
